Directions

From Bangor/ Rte. 1A:

As you are coming into Ellsworth, you may see signs for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, which is on Church St. as well. You will be approaching a major intersection with Main St., and will need to take a right onto Church St. just before reaching the intersection. The clinic is the first house facing the road on your left, #53.

From Downeast/Rte 1 and Mount Desert Island/Rte 3:

Stay on High St. until you reach the intersection with Main St. Continue straight through and take your 1^st left onto Church St. The clinic is the first house facing the road on your left, #53.

From Blue Hill Peninsula and Rte 1 north:

Come into Ellsworth via the Surry-Ellsworth Rd/ Rte 172 and continue straight into Ellsworth; or, if coming in on Rtes. 1 & 3, take a left at the yield sign to follow Rtes. 1 & 3, which become Main St. Cross the bridge, and take a left at the first intersection onto State St. Take 2^nd right onto Church St. and continue up, through 4-way stop. The clinic will be on your right, #53, just before you reach the next intersection.

Parking:

PARK in the 3 car slot on Church St., or pull into driveway next to the building to access the parking lot shared with law offices at 20 Oak St.

Enter the building by the front door. The waiting room is downstairs.
